I'm pretty sure you would need Flak Monkey's Interiors or Diving Duck's Open Hatch Mod to have the door open to the radio room.

What other mods do you have activated?
Opening of the hatch is tied to the Weapons Officer keybinding. To see if another mod has changed that keybinding, open the file Data/Cfg/Commands_en.cfg using Notepad. Find [Cmd300]. You should see: [Cmd300] Name=Weapons_officer Ctxt=1 Key0=0xXX,Cc,"<keybinding>" where XX are two hex digits and <keybinding> is the key combination to press to get to the Weapons Officer tab. If that "<keybinding>" is not "SHIFT H", then the keybinding has been changed. And whatever "<keybinding>" is, that key combination should open the radio room hatch. DO NOT change anything in Data/Cfg/Commands_en.cfg. You shouldn't have to. Just close it and exit Notepad. Then start SH3 and try the key combination you just got to see if the hatch opens. OBTW! If there is no weapons officer on station, the hatch won't open, even if you use the right key combination! Move a spare officer to the WP position in the crew status display and try again. If the hatch still won't open, then you probably have activated a mod which is interfering. Please post your mod list. |
