Default Chrome City Cruise(pic heavy)

This year I participated in the Chrome City Cruise that benefited the St. Benedictin School for Disabled Children. These kids are severally disabled and require 24/7 care. It is a good cause and $90,000.00 was raised.

The cruise started in Annapolis MD and culminated at Ridgely MD where the school is located. Motorcycle police volunteered their time and closed Rt50, the Bay Bridge and every on ramp from start to finish. It was really quite something. Great escorts and did a heck of a job with a 3 mile long group of bikes and classic cars. Hats off to them!

Bike assembling in Annapolis MD:

The motocycle police that escorted the group:

Your's truly in the Buick as we convoy over the bridge. 3 mile long convoy!

Office blocking a on ramp as we pass:

Corr, some lovely bikes and motors there, and all for a brilliant cause.
Well done to you all, and an extra special well done to the Motorcycle cops.

The motorcycle police took the cake for me. Once the last car passed the cop would blister to the head of the line to block the next ramp. Each hop scotch to the next on ramp or intersection. Really neat to be a part. Unbelievable job.
