How can I install TMO,Real fleet boat and RSRD together? What is the order?
And are there any important mods I have to install?

You can't....

Either you install TMO with RSRD (for your game version, 1.4 or 1.5) or RFB with RSRD (for your game version, 1.4 or 1.5).

First you need to buy the gold edition or the U-Boat missions expansion since the steam version IS only at version 1.3 and the supermods all require version 1.5. And as HertogJan said you can't download TMO and RFB together.
