all upgrades?

Does anyone have the files where you have unlocked all the upgrades and so forth? ..

've sleber calls v editing it has only partially worked and I know that now no longer continue to have some mods tried where should upgrades be free probably could also choose but if I then started the mission were the selected objects not activated or the game is crashed while loading.

can someone help me there?
