Relatively Useful Binoculars for GWX 3.0
by Missing Name Tired of losing direction when looking through binoculars? This mod is for you. It stands to reason that even the most inept of kaleuns can figure out a relatively accurate relative bearing based on where he is standing on the bridge. This mod does just that: adds the main relative bearings (0/360*, 90*, 180*, 270*) and the direct intermediates (45*, 135*, 225*, 315*) to the blank Bearing2.tga. This lets you know what relative bearing you are observing by reading the dial at the top of the scope - within reason, of course. You can't expect anyone to know if they are looking at exactly 142* or 333*, do you? There'll still be some guess work to do when someone yells out "Merchant spotted! Bearing 260, long range!" But at least zeroing in on that Passenger/Cargo will be a little bit faster. INSTALLATION JGSME ready. Unrar and drop it into your MODS folder, then activate. Uninstallation is the opposite: deactivate and throw the folder in the bilge. DOWNLOAD File is 11 kB. Mediafire SUBSIM DL pages
