Changing Gameplay Options
IN SH3, is it possible to change gameplay settings in mid-patrol? I know how to do this in SH4 and SH5, but in SH3, when I change the GameplaySettings.cfg file in the saved games folder, it appears the game just loads the previous settings. I started a patrol with the wrong settings, and I am hoping I don't have to restart the patrol to change them.

As far as I'm aware the gameplay settings can't be changed mid patrol.
