Fistful Emblems and Upgrade Fix - where?

Hey Mates!

I have installed this two cool mods by JSGME, game works properly but can You tell me guys where can i switch on emblems or try to change torpedo set and some equipment upgrades in SH5?

I did this things in port like it was written in description but still cant see it in menu.

Here is a screenshot of a game and list of activated mods, what im doing wrong?

Try uninstalling Fistful Emblems and replacing it with the weathered version and see what happens. I was told not to use both installed together.

For some unknown reason I only get a partial list of emblems to choose from with FE 1.1 installed. But I also get the same with the weathered emblems.

I tryed both of them but it still doesnt work at all, just cant see anything in options.

My second question even more important is where can i change torpedo load out and where can i upgrade my u-boot like it was in SH4 in this menu everything together?? I could there change torpedos for others or "buy" for renown points new equipment. Now im in second mission in Open Horizons but i havent seen options about torpedos changing
