Crews on ships animation changes ?

Hi

I was wondering if it is possible to change number of crew members on ships we sink.And if the said crew members could be animated and could run around in panic acros the ship or during attack, and even jump overboard when it's sinking.

And could one link speech and sounds to the people on those ships (like screaming and shouting).

I'm asking because it would be a hell of a lot more immersive if people on those ships would do above said things, just like they do in real life.

I mean I could do animation in 3d softwware like daz3d or even Maya need be, but with what would I import and link them with the game.
