No Fire Control in Kilo? LWAMI 3.10

I'm digging back into this program after a long hiatus, and trying the Kilo for a change, however, the Fire Control station is grayed out, and nothing happens with F6.

This is true with any stock mission, as well as any mission I create for a playable Kilo.

Is there some prerequisite to enable Fire Control? It us doing the same thing as the Sail Station does when submerged.

Well, I went ahead and found a copy of 3.11 that I could download and did a fresh install and all is well.

I don't remember what I did when I installed 3.10 a year or two ago, but it's very possible that I did something stupid like activating both versions or something that may have had that effect.
