Can someone tell me what file I need to edit so that when I set command speed "ahead slow" that the Uboat (VIIC) will order to 7 knots (9 with engine man ability maxed). As it is, it seems, minimum (ahead idle) goes about 4 knots and slow goes about 5. I want slow to be a little quicker but not as fast as standard.

As it is, I click on the set speed to 7 (which is about 9) but it would be nice to just hit the "2" key to make ahead slow and it be right.

Is this file change for all Uboats or just the VIIC?
