Default Returning to the fold

Hi all,

I have been away From Silent Hunter 3 for five or so years and have just re-installed the game after finding GWX 3.0 mod and being intrigued, just having a problem now with the resolution only being 1280 x 1024, (I do not seem to be able to download the Silent Hunter Resolution Fix 1.4b mod from the downloads section) I think my privalages have been suspended from lack of activity can anyone help me out with this issue

In the mean time I will jump in at this resolution and sink some shipping.

One other thing has anyone got a live link to the GWX 3.0 PDF manual as all the links I have found have been dead ends.

Thanks.

Here's the GWX 3 Manual.
http://www.mediafire.com/?v50hk68g9lrvsd5

But it should be in the documentation folder now if you installed GWX 3.

Default Returning also

Hi, I am also returning to this game.
I remember how fun it was and the great graphics.
I have the Seawolves expansion and can find no support for it anywhere.
I was hoping to find some here.

Hello to all the fellow Kaleuns out there!
just returning after a three-year absence and already installed SH3+GWX+Commander onto my new win7-rig without any problems, thx to magnificent trouble-shooters on this board. I'm really glad to be able to sim SH3 again and atm I'm in grid BF18 for my first war-patrol in Sep'39.
the only problem I encountered so far (and have no solution yet) is that I'm not able to return to speed after having stopped the engine. I tried everything and of course I looked if the engine-room is manned and all. might it be a problem with my operating-system or is it game-based and I'm just too stupid to check all the possibilities?
any help will be appreciated!

You'll find no support for Seawolves here, it was (iirc) a collection of mods stolen by someone and published. I think all the mods in it will by now be superceeded by better.

Buy a new copy of SH3 (it's cheap enough) and download one or more of the supermods from here.

Then you'll see support.

What did you mean by that ? You can no longer run your engine or you cannot reach high speed ?
