finding mods

Im trying to follow sobers mega mod list but have run into a small problem im hoping somebody out there can HELP ive found new ui's tdc 710 but cannot find new tdc 710 real navigation when clicking on it to download it comes upwith new tdc 720 test ? is that right or is this an updated version no even sure what im talking about now,and where in the list do i put TCD HELP V2 i presume after trevallys tutorials v02 for oh2 HELP !!!!!
