The Deck Gun Bug with RSRD

I run SH 4 with the U-Boat add on. I also run TMO2.5 and RSRDC_SH15_V401. I have run the two together for a while and then I got spanked and they took my deck gun away.

I tried the TMO deck gun fix but that did not work.

I did notice that if I remove the RSRD Mod I got my deck gun back once again.

I really enjoy running the two MODS together and wanted to know if there was a way to fix the deck gun issue while running them?
