Hey all, Amazon is offering the Complete Naval Combat Pack (Fleet Command, i688, Dangerous Waters and SubCommand) for $10!

I already own DW, but the other three for ten bucks is a great bargain.

I already have DW of course. Are the others pretty good...or since I have DW is it just more of the same?

DW is the only "good" one, since it's the latest in the sub command/688i/etc series, but DW itself is pretty old. Still, it's the only game out there if you want to play a modern sub simulator.

Yeah. I've read there are some differences between Sub Command and DW. But I just assumed of course that DW is newer and another level of evolution. Now sure why I'd want to play the older version, Sub Command. But I've not tried it, so can't say.

Fleet Command looks interesting. I know so little about Naval Warfare, it may be interesting to learn about it from that perspective.
