Problems to find same mods for SH5

Hi everybody. Does anybody can help me giving me the page to find & download the following mods?

1/ SD_MapLocationNameFix_v1_1

2/ Naights BW optional version

I'm having problems with the periscope, since part of the TDC are in the right area of the periscope. Probably it is problem with the resolution of my screen. The main problem is that i am quite bad on pc. Any help to set properly the resolution Manos Scope???'

Also the icon of the crew is over the compass. I don't don't what to do to fix it. How can i minimize the icons.?

Today a have learned how to minimize the TCD controls, by seeing the great video in youtube made by the genius The dark Wraith (NEWUIS TDC.)

I wonder how people can set that opcion without seeing the video.

Step by step i am learning more things.
