Flags quick reference sheet

Maybe I am blind, but I cannot find

the quick reference sheet (schiffsflaggen) available on the periscope view that shows the flags of all the countries available

Using
NewUIs with TDC for SH5 by TheDarkWraith
version 7.1.0

You should click to the "charts" button at the top right bar and then you will see the "flaggen" at the top left corner..

in the scope view the same..
