Conning Tower upgrade bug in OM

I already posted this in the ATO Mods forum, but after 2 weeks i didnt get a response, so i repost here, i may have more chances for getting help.


Hi everyone.
My conning tower in my IXB have just been upgraded but i got this bug and lost the sub equipment and part of the crew.
I know there is a fix, the V715 hotfix, but i dont know how to install it (in my case) and fix the bug. (i read some posts concerning this bug, and the problem finished when the V715 hotfix came out, but i dont know how to proceed)

Shouldnt be the V715 hotfix included in the "V705_to_v720" ?? i dont know why this bug appeared.

(Now i have my current U-boat campaign ruined, didn't play for 2 weeks with U-boats. I dont expect getting it back, i want this fix so it wont happen again, as far as i know it affects the most used subs in the German campaign...)
