I am afraid that your request is a bit too generic: wich mods are you trying to use? Are you enabling them with JSGME? Can you describe step by step the method you used for enabling them?

Yeah sorry it was rather vague. Yes i am using JSGME and the MODS in question are the ones listed on the SH5 Mod Guide for Beginners Sticky.

I start the game, Do the tutorial mission, arrive at Kiel, Save the game, Exit, Install the mods, then restart the game load my save game but no mods seem to be working.

you should check to ensure that your "MODS" folder is in the correct place.
It should be in the same folder as your SH5.exe

Mine is here - C:\Ubisoft\Silent Hunter 5\MODS

Also - you should start a new career and not load your save game.

If you are using TDWs UI mod - make sure it is jsgme ready. The first subfolder MUST have a "data" folder in it

have you followed the directions for installation of the mods?
DVD/download version or Steam version?
Does your file structure for ALL your mods looks approximately like this:
"C:\Ubisoft\Silent Hunter 5\MODS\mod_name\data\...." ?
Can you list your mod list, as there are a lot of various 'recommended to try' mods listed in that thread; so it's hard to judge which you actually have (in comparison to, i.e., if you said you are using sober's mod list).

P.S. what Trev said too.

TDWs UI - jsgme ready:-

This is an old version, but you must see the data folder as first subfolder.

Watch out for this - \MODS\NewUIs_TDC_6_9_0_ByTheDarkWraith\MODS\NewUIs _TDC_6_9_0_ByTheDarkWraith

Oh dear this is embarrassing. I just looked at where i had installed JSGME, it was in the SH5 root folder but the MOD folder was actually inside the JSGME folder. I never took JSGME out of the folder. So i had the following,

C:\Ubisoft\Silent Hunter 5\JSGME\MODS

When I should of had

C:\Ubisoft\Silent Hunter 5\MODS
