That's a pretty close approach. I think Apophis is going to be slightly closer, if not about the same distance during its 2013 approach, and in its 2029 approach...well, it's going to be pretty damn close. Not close enough for an impact, but still a real bullet burn.
DA14 is pretty small though, and unless it's made of a pretty dense material it would (hopefully) break up on entry to the Earths atmosphere if it ever hit.
