I am allowed so many officers, so many seamen, but I have so much space for more then what they allow me to have. How can I add more men to my sub? Allowed 5 Officers, there are 10 officer spots. 16 Petty Officers and 30 Sailors, I want more sailors, please. Shall I make more enlistment posters
