Is there a way to remove the flag from the sub? I do not mind when entering or leaving the base, but during missions and under water I kind a dislike the flag undulating all the time.

Yes, you can do it

Just read TMO manual: all you need to do is comment out few lines in one (or more, depends) file, Ducimus explained it very clearly in his manual.

My flag disappears when the conning tower starts to go underwater. I'm running TMO 2.2 without RSRDC.
