So somehow I managed to make my whole account with caps lock on and even worse I didn't notice and made the whole account like that. Is there anyway to change it or should I just go make a new account? Any help would be appreciated this is pretty embarissing

You could contact Neal. But since you have only one post, you might just want to create a new account.

I would suggest contacting Neal first, as it is a violation of the rules to have two accounts (and you probably will get detected for doing that).
