Help...Can`t move my TDC.

Help...Can`t move my TDC (recognition manual ). It somehow got stuck at the bottom of my screen. I can`t enter any of my values for a torpedo attack. I`m running DarkWraith`s NewUIs_TDC_6_9_0_
I have two Merchants waiting so any help would be appreciated.

Try to delete the file - PageXO_TDC_Dialog_ERM_Draggables.TDW from the root folder and see what happens..
