Camouflage and mission questions

Hello all, some of you may have noticed ive been asking alot of noob questions lately and i have some more

First Question: I recently bought a camo scheme for my U-Boat and it was one of the tiger stripe skins, but when they put it on, it was the yellow stripe training camo.....they stole my money.....and if i go back to the camo dude it says i have the tiger striped scheme selected. Whats going on?

Second Question: I cant get a mission. i just finished the invasion of Poland training thing and i cant get a mission, i go to that mission guy and he gives me a briefing on how i should go pester the British merchants but i don't get a mission and if i hit start patrol it says "are you sure you want to start a patrol with no mission selected"...idk what to do

okay so it appears that the camos are in a screwed up order, to get the tiger skin i had to buy the training skin
