Default SH3 and GWX3 attack periscope question

Hello,

I have a question about SH3 and GWX3
when i am in the attack periscope, i can left click to look around with the mouse that works prefect, but when i want to release my mouse cursor, it always hits the red fire button up on release.
so i can not release my cursor without firing a torpedo

i only have this with gwx3, it makes the game unplayable for me.

Any one knows how to disable that in gwx3 ?

i am playing on 1920x1080 with the widescreen fix mod on top of gwx3.

EDIT:
It only happens on the 1920x1080 resolution in d3d9.cfg,

some one fixed this with playing the game on 1920x1080 ??

EDIT2:
did a search on 1920x1080 and found this
http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/show...ight=1920x1080
playing on 1600x900 now and that works.

Good to hear you got it working.

i had that problem as well, but found a thread that showed how you can disable the fire button in the periscope and uzi instead of changing the resolution.

Another option for WS monitor owners is to use a GUI (MaGui F being my personal favourite but several others achieve the same, albeit differently and with more/less additions) that relocates the "fire torpedo" button. The same issue still will cause problems by making the scope-mounted (range-finder/AOB-calc?) device in maGui inoperable, but this is a minor issue given the mods multiple other enhancements.
