Changing crew positions

Hi all,
Does anyone know how to change the position of the bridge and flak crew? What I am trying to do is lower the crew after changing the deck level for my Das Boot Tower mod, and the crew has stayed at the original level, as well as the flak gun, but I am working on that.

Edit:- Does anyone know if U-boats actually used the navigation light on the sides of the Turm, and if they did, does anyone know how to model this with S3D?
