Dude, Where're My Torpedos?

I noticed that when I started the "Turning Point" campaign there were no torps to select but my boat was loaded with G7As.
Came back from the VIIC/41 training mission and went to the torp loadout screen in the bunker and there were no torps. None in my boat and none to select. I tried starting a new career in the same campaign to see if maybe it was a mod but all the torps were there to select. I tried going out on patrol and checked my torpedo screen and only G7As were loaded. Has this happened to anybody else? Any ideas?
