Surely it varies? In my home it's the thirty second rule, in the home of friends and family it's five seconds, in public it's three seconds. . . , obviously this can also vary according to visually dirty conditions and/or who else is present.

We had a nicey sunny afternoon here in London, and I prefer coffee with my farts, kinda got sick of Tea in my late teens, .I started drinking caffine when I was 7 or 8, looking back I now realise that - that is not normal!
