Intra US travel. Help an Aussie traveller out

Anyone in the US know of a cheap way to travel between the following city pairs?

NYC (Any of the 3 airports serving the city) - Toledo. Toledo - Cleveland and Cleveland - Honolulu. I'm not opposed to taking a bus/train but would prefer flight. Unless Toledo-Cleveland is just easier via bus or train.

Go Greyhound!

Greyhound New York Express service to Toledo Express. Only stops are for meals, fuel and driver transfers.

$75 - 100 dollars, 13 hour trip.

I'd imagine the Toledo - Cleveland trip would be cheap as well.

Can't beat the bus for cheap long range transport.
