Default Please HELP. I can't map "Time Compression increase" to a key

I'm playing on a laptop with no numpad so I'm trying to map the "increase time compression" function to the "=" key.

I downloaded the key mapper program and it mostly works but no matter where I try to map the "increase time compression" function it doesn't work in game. I re-mapped the camera controls to AWSD and the "decrease time compression" to '-' and those all work so I don't get why I'm having problems with mapping the increase time function.

I tried remapping it manually in commands.cfg and that didn't work. I also forgot to back up the original commands.cfg so does anyone know where I can download the original?

I'm getting super frustrated.

Thank you, any help would be very much appreciated.

Is this the one you messed up, of did you do more than one. If it is just copy/paste it back in.

[Cmd5]
Name=Time_compr_increase
Ctxt=1,2,6,9
MnID=0x3F010001
Key0=0x6B,,"Npad +"

I remapped the keys to use "Delete" for normal time, "Shift-Delete" to increase time compression, and "Ctrl-Delete" to reduce time compression on my MacPro. I used SHKeymapper, then created my own Mod to install it with jsgme. Works fine.
