Default SH5 on ssd and hhd

SH5 on ssd and hdd . I bought a 60 gig ssd and run the operating system on that . I run SH5 on the 750gig hdd until i buy another ssd . The game puts the SH5 save game folder on the C drive(hdd) and the game is on the F drive(ssd) . Is this alright . I have never had more that 1 hard drive before . Ok i built my own computer but am not very up on it . Do i have to change from ied to achi in the bios before i install the operating system , windows 7 64 bit . Mobo is asus P7P55D deluxe . ? Ok , googled ied , definately dont have one of those . Ide versus ahci ?
