Finding/Adding an emblem for the conning tower as well as kill flags
I have seen some screen shots with emblems on the conning tower as well as kill flags.Since I plan to use the patrol report mod to keep track of kills, would like to be able to decorate my tower with an emblem as well as kill flags but am somewhat clueless, was not much detail in the TMO readme about this.Thanks in advance for the help.

Take a look at www.battleflags.us. There's an assortment of skins for various fleet boat boasting a tower art - no kill flags, though, but they're relatively easy to add if you have some knowledge on image manipulation.
