What file controls start location?

RSRD TMO 2.5

I would like it so that when at Freemantle and Pearl, I start out in proper dock where the band and crowd is.I have not started out of Pearl in a while since RSRD transfers to Midway after late 42(hate it, would love to change it) but if recall RSRD always put me on the wrong dock, I know for a fact i does in Fremantle.

Anyways, how do I make it so I always leave port in the morning or mid morning and always where the crowd and band is?

I don't think you can select the time of day, but the starting location is controlled by \Data\UPCData\UPCCampaignData\Flotillas.upc, and it's a really long numeric version of latitude and longitude. I know one way to find that number, you load up the mission editor, and position your mouse where you want the location to be, then read the numbers off the bottom of the screen.

TMO has a sub base set up in Pearl Harbor, I don't know what else he has fixed as far as start locations.
