Default Best realism mods.

At the moment only crucial mod I use is NewUIs_TDC_6_9_0_ByTheDarkWraith
I also use DasBoot crew, Das Boot sounds and music - but that's for fun.
There are some things I noticed though, and not sure if it's supposed to be like that.
1)No difference between attack and observation periscope. Same look, same magnification, same scales.
2) on hard mode, with Torpedo Man abilities developed to max, reloading 4 tubes takes couple minutes at the most.
3)cant find the switches for turning on/off battery charging (increases speed when off while running on diesels - was in SH2)
4)manual dive planes?
5)on hard repairs seem to go very fast and strange. Like repairing periscope heads under water etc.
6)binoculars on con tower seem to adjust zoom automatically. Cand change it with mouseroll.
7)Diesels charging battery while on surface without props moving (clutch)
8)separate operation for port and starboard motors (diesels and electric)

Some of above are ideas of course, and some I've seen in previous SH games.

If someone knows any mods that solve any of above, I'd be grateful.

And one more thing.
What does the MightyFine Crew mod actually do, realism-wise? I haven't noticed anything vital somehow
