Do I have this installed right?

Hey folks...longtime subsim driver here...after playing loads of SHIII with all the mods my heart desired, i decided to jump to SHV. Wrong move in my book. I just didnt like it at ALL. FPS was a slide show compared to the smooth as silk experience i had in SHIII, so even "walking around" in that sim was an exercise in frustration. So i stuck with SHIII, and bought SHIV on steam along with the U boat missions addon.

I fired up SHIV just to check what my version number was, 1.5, which i know from reading other posts was the "latest" version. So I was good there. I wanted the most realistic experience possible so i downloaded the following files:

RFB_2.0 Real Fleet Boat 2.0
RFB_2.0_Patch_23April2010 Real Fleet Boat 2.0Patch
RSRDC_RFB_V575 Run Silent Run Deep Campaign Mod
RSRDC_V5xx_Patch1 Run Silent Run Deep Campaign Mod Patch

I used JSGME to install these files in the order listed above. My question is this...When i was enabling the mods JSGME popped up with a warning that i was about to overwrite files. IS this supposed to happen in the installation of these mods? Everything seems to be ok once i start the sim, but i was wondering if i was going to run into issues later on, and want to make sure im good to go before i get too deep into a career.

Also i would love for some informed readers of these forums to provide some links pertaining to the Fleet boat submarines and of technical details of the submarines in the pacific war in particular. I could spend a week trying to find things on google, but i figured this question has probably already been asked, so someone could provide a link to a list.

Also, besides RFB and RSRDC what mods should be recommended to furthur enhance the sim?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
