Supremacy at Sea PC game.

So what is the current condition of the Supremacy at Sea PC game? I have read on matrix games forum an old thread a couple years old now that the game initially had lots of bugs. Have any improvements been made in the last year or so to improve the bugs & other issues that hampered the game in the past? I'd like to hear an updated review or status of Supremacy at Sea because I'm looking at perhaps buying this game if it has been improved & fixed up into a good running/playing condition.

Any info would be greatly appreciated!

I'll have a better response on this game once the next patch comes out. To be fair, the designer of the game has had RL problems lately, so we are still waiting.

I own this game and it has some really nice features.

The designer/programmer also appear very dedicated, but it is no longer his primary focus, meaning primary income generator.

The interface has some quirks. But I have to say that my emails to the designer and the Chris at NWS have always been dealt with in a professional and constructive manner.

I get it out when I have a chance these days..

Worth the time.

Have they fixed the problem with the convoys? Had this game for 3 years now. If you play the Med scenerio, you could set up a convoy to go from Gibralter to Malta, problem was when they got halfway there, they would decide to go on a cruise to the Adriatic instead. What was worse, was the fact that the Luftwaffe squadrons would ignore it, while the Italian fleet would just wave at them as they would go sailing by,lol

This game has a lot of potential, just needs a bit more work, and it would be a lot more fun.
