Minor glitch - voice commands

Hello. I am relatively new to SH5. I have installed a number of mods, one of which is More_crew_commands_dialog_v1.04, and I am experiencing a minor problem.
After I load a saved game some of the voice commands disappear (for example the Seerohrtiefe command; or the Auftauchen command - which are original commands).
However, if I load this saved game for a second time, all commands come back and everything works great.
I am posting this for two reasons:
1. If you are experiencing similar problems there is an easy way to fix it - just load a saved game one more time
2. Does anyone know if there is another solution to this?
