CTD after a 40-60 minutes

I have CTD problems during gameplay after 40-60 minutes... in the Historical mission PQ-17. It happened to me twice times (2/2). I tried the 3Gb Fix (Trevallys tutorial) but still happend. My especs are:

-Win 7 32 bits
-Intel Core2 Quad Q8300
-4Gb DDR2 RAM.
-Asus GTX 550Ti 1Gb DDR5.

And my soup mod is:
-A Fistful of emblems 1.51
-DBSM Music 1.0.4
-DBSM Speech 1.9.4
-Capthelms SH5 audio mod.
-Real Environment Rev. 3
-Accurate German flags.
-NewsUI's TDC 6.9.0 by TDW.
-IRAI 0.0.30 by TDW.
-IRAI upgrade 0.0.31 by TDW
-Nauticalswolf's Damage and Torpedo UI (b) 1.1
