Malfunctioning MOD?

For several months the folowing items worked as they should. Recently for some unknown reason the following have now ceased to function correctly.

NewUIs_TDC_6_9_0_ERM_Reaper7_NightVision_Black_Ski n
This MOD gives the great Identification book with the black cover
which has much more detail then the stock version. Now there is no
way I can access it.

WEPS>Torpedo attack>Ship identification doesn't work.

Pressing the CHARTS icon makes the charts available but the tab for
ID book is no longer visible.

I have the SOAN enabled and saved in the Options manager.

Church's NavMap v 1.0 - Illyustrator's Version

The stock maps, both TAI and NAV, at one point showed all the
ports, harbors, and objectives information and then after a couple of
months all information on the map disappeared. The ocean was blue
and all land looked a google earth shot of the great Sahara desert.
Hummm..........I thought, I'll try the above mentioned MOD. That
should fix it.

No joy. The only difference that it made is that now it shows all
areas of vegetation along with the sand colored bare earth areas.
While a map like that is infinately more challenging I don't think I'm
ready for it at this point in my naval career.

Any ideas would be most appreciated.
