Which should i purchase steam version or dvd

Does it matter which version of sh5 i buy, from steam or dvd. I have seen a few mods that say dvd version only. Thanks for the input.

I'm picky, mainly because I had some trouble with Steam in the past, but I always get the DVD version, especially when it's cheaper.
