Hugo strikes again
Everyone's favourite lovable south american dictator ,sorry democraticly elected leader..,has come up with another brilliant yankee imperialist plot to get rid of him and other anti american leaders in south america - seem he reckons the yankee imperialists have created a cancer ray and are zapping anti us leaders.....
