[REL] Change SH4 rendering

Hate that drabby looking SH4 scene? Wish you could make it more SH3 like? Now you can.

A forum member asked if I could make something that would make SH4 look more like SH3. I knew it was a simple shader thing to do so I went ahead and did it.

Here is SH4 stock:

Here is what I think looks more like SH3 (and what the mod defaults to):

There are 4 different 'scenes' available in the mod. To switch to each 'scene' you have to edit the .fx file in the mod with Notepad. I have included directions on how to do this located at the beginning of the file.

To enable a new scene be sure to comment out (add leading //) the old scene first!

The mod is JSGME ready. Simply unzip to mods folder and enable.
