Issues and Problems

Long time SH player since SH2, and hoping you guys could give me a hand. I've recently purchased SH4 off Steam and am unable to get any mods to work in game. Currently running SH4 with the U-Boat expansion on Win7.

Steps followed thus far -

1. JSGME installed into the parent game directory (latest version).
2. Mods folder created and mods installed correctly (both are playable ships (Iowa and Carolina).
3. The mods appear and are enabled.
4. Launch the game however, they simply are not there.

Any ideas?
