Can anyone suggest the best environment mod to use on a low end pc please

Stock Environment and maybe add some small change environment MOD that sober has done.

hello,

after re-install sh5, I've no more sound in the intro, and after loading a new campaign, I've no noises in the bunker and when I try to talk with the 2 men ;They talk to me but no sound;
What's the problem?
