I've had this idea for a while.
It's a totally different type of tv. It's not a plasma, LCD, LED or OLED I do not know what I should call it. Here's how It's gonna work In one of your drawer, you have an unsambled frame, a very special type of frame. You open your drawer, take out the frame and assemble it in no time. After this you take rag and wipe the inside for dust. You place the frame in a holder, so it won't tip. You connect the power into one side of the frame, on the other side you connect the turner. after having done this, you click on the powerbutton on your remote. After a few second, you are looking at an exceptionally 3D tv. Got this idea when I with one eye red about this OLED and where it's heading and with my other eye red about today's laser. Markus

What about this then, you could go for a walk in the country side and enjoy the real thing, heh, and it's free.

My lad recently purchased a 3D tv and whilst I admit it looks 'different' I honestly can't see what all the hype is about.
It also felt strange sitting with those glasses on. |

I can imagine watching a movie that is specifically made for 3d that just has to be seen in 3d, like avatar when it came out. But most things don't necessarily need 3d, It's not like every product made is instantly better in 3d than normal HD, It depends on the product and if you don't mind looking like a dork in 3d glassed ![]() |

It's the 'dork' bit I find most irritating
