Default CTD for TMO2 with OTC

I have a clean install of TMO2, TMO 2 to 2.2, OTC for TMO 2.2, OTC realistic scopes for TMO, OTC for TMO radar from the beginning. I a get a CTD when I fire torpedoes every time. I have deactivated all other mods. Where is the problem? The screen froze before, and now it freezes and the program closes. I am out of ideads. Any solution?

Back out all the other mods and try them one at a time until you get the crash. If the base game crashes with just TMO, since we now it works fine, I would start with a fresh install of TMO. If TMO works, if one of the other mods you use causes a crash try a fresh install of that mod, if it still crashes then check with the specific mod forum.

You may also wish to consider running the executable mod that increases the games use of RAM from 2Gb to 3Gb (forget the name, but it's in the Download section). When I added that all CTD's disappeared, completley, regardless of the number and complexity of the other mods I run (based on TMO 2.2 and RSRD patched. Hope that helps.
