TMO has one, F6 as I recall.
Don't know about RFB.
FOTRS I think does, not sure what key, F6??

RFB does have a limited attack map, though by default it has no shortcut.

Presumably you could map it easily enough by editing the commands.cfg file, though having never done this before myself I am making an (un)educated guess.

On the subject of the attack map,...I have often wondered why there is no zoom in/out on the map. I have been wandering over to SH3 a bit lately and one of the first things I noticed was the fact you can zoom in and out on the attack map.
This is one of the reasons I don't use it much. The boat icon is too small to see even though the torpedo path is clear enough.
The attack map would be much more useful to me if we could do this.

Exactly so. As I point out in another thread you can change the Data/Cfg/Commands file to be anything you want. If you have SH3 it's simple to open both files side-by-side and make SH4 match SH3.

As for the Attack Map, it annoys me anyway. It doesn't let you see things that the Nav Map does, and the Nav Map shouldn't show that kind of detail. They should have designed it so all plotting is done on the Attack Map, and made it easy to do so.

Exactly what does the file look like? One mistake in the way you write it and it won't work. Which other keys don't work?

It looks like that:

[Cmd34]
Name=Attack_2D_map
Ctxt=1
MnID=0x3F020009
;Key0=0x75,,"0"
Page=0x32000000,3741

Okay, key #75 is specifically "F6", so just changing the key name won't help. It looks from the Engine Commands (1 through 9) like "0" should be key #30, so try it this way:

[Cmd34]
Name=Attack_2D_map
Ctxt=1
MnID=0x3F020009
Key0=0x30,,"0" (note: remove the semicolon ( from the front of the line and change the key name)
Page=0x32000000,3741

The one thing I don't get is why "F6" won't work, because the keys are already mapped that way.

[edit] Okay, I just looked at it again. Apparently you can put it back to "F6" by simply removing the semicolon from the front of that line. Also, if you're used to SH3's layout you can change it back by erasing the first line and the semicolon - the semicolon shuts off the function.
