I'm wondering if this oxygen thief is going to submit some sort of insanity plea as a defence

A man describing himself as "Psycho Stapleton" has appeared in court charged with murdering student Anuj Bidve who was shot dead on Boxing Day.

When asked his name in court, Mr Stapleton replied: "Psycho. Psycho Stapleton."

Thats OK, give him a pre trial section order and throw him in Rampton for life.

I'd certainly settle for that
