Default Psoting often takes forever from here

Something wrong with subsim server or is it just my end because for some time now posting is taking a long long time before they got posted. No problem with any other site.

Seems to be okay here...

I've noticed a few sporadic lags from time to time but nothing ongoing.

Thanks, so it seems to be my end.

Often I have to wait couple minutes before my post is posted which is ridiculous.

It was a bit stuttery between 10 and 10.30 GMT but as already stated it's sporadic/intermittent...down to traffic levels I should imagine.

Funny you should say that because in the past 3 or 4 months I've encountered periods of time when I couldn't even open a thread and I'm on 50MB broadband now.

I've put it down to periods of server maintenance.

Ah really? That could be it.

But the posting delay is more like daily occurrence to me. Sometimes it's okay sometimes it may take 1-2 minutes before the post is submitted. This happens daily.

Yes while my bandwidth is quite ridiculous it's not that ridiculous.
The problem only happens with subsim and no where else. I can stream youtube without stutters as well.

It may be my ISP DNS server having problem with subsim or some node in between.

That is a real possibility but what is your isp speed?

I notice that your first post came at 00:46 my time. I have problems after midnight, which is after 01:00 Houston time, which are fairly consistent. Much of the time the site won't even load during that time. Posts I make get lost, and I have to put them off until the next morning. It could be that their servers are being worked on at that time.
