Looking for a tutorial

Hey there guys.
I`ve been searching these forums for a manual torpedo plotting tutorial, with no luck. My game settings are 69% realistick, meaning I have external wiev and map updates on.
I allso modded my game for the first time, and made myselfe hit nothing with me fishes

. So I need help. I cant run through the war only relying on my trusted cannon. Like that dude in the lets play series

So if there is some kind of tutorial here, can someone please post me a clicky?
